I began my journey with Keller Williams in the spring of 2002 by being the original Team Leader/Recruiter for the opening of the Lee's Summit Office. Through Keller Williams I have been able to explore different avenues which have made my career very exciting. I attribute this directly to the training and the consulting that I have received. I have never been exposed to a learning environment such as Keller Williams and I have to say my life is better because of it.
In August of 2004 I had the incredible opportunity to design and implement a Coaching and Mentoring program in Overland Park, KS for the new agents. In 2005 I sent my program to Gary Keller, our founder, along with supporting data that showed the successful results the new agents were having, using my program. I began to train other Productivity Coaches around the country and continued to update Gary Keller. In 2007 I received a call from Keller Williams International; they wanted me to fly to Austin for the week to write the program for Productivity Coaches, they were making my position official in the Keller Williams System! So there you go, I am the original PC! Dreams do come true!
In 2008 when our agents felt the SHIFT in the market and in their businesses, I began to coach the experienced agents in our market center. This has been an incredible opportunity to bring together the New Agents with the Experienced Agents, Win-Win!
I also am the Education Director of training; this position allows me to keep a pulse on what is going on in the Real Estate market and to bring higher education to our agents, which in turn helps to grow their businesses.
I am very excited to see the new agents walk through the doors with a spark in their step and questions in their eyes. With my passion for Real Estate and teaching I am in a place that I designed for me.
